This set is not exactly cheap and I’m more or less impressed with the quality but one of the D6s was blemished out of the package. Looks like an issue with the coating flaking off. Which would be fine if it was from some time playing or several several rolls. I emailed by replying to the delivery notification email on the day they were delivered with the issue. With a photo attached. Received a prompt reply from Mary Call asking me to verify my address. Which I did by replying to the same email. A few days and got another email asking me to verify my address. Replied again, thinking maybe my email didn’t go through. That was 01/23/20, replied back again when I didn’t hear anything further on 01/27/20. Still haven’t heard anything. Just got an email asking me to review the set. Was even willing to do an even exchange for an unblemished die on my dime for shipping. Have heard great things about Die Hards customer service but so far I’m pretty unimpressed.
