Make way! Coming Through! This beautiful dice is a heckin chonker, a real chungus of a dice. If you don’t have any metal dice, be prepared. Compared to a standard plastic RPG D20, and an oversized spindown, this dice is at least twice the volume and 10 times the weight. Don’t roll this on your Moms nice table without a playmat down it will dent! Even with photos it’s hard to get a sense of how much bigger this is than a standard D20. But seriously it’s a really high quality piece I love the cohesive art across the middle band of numbers. Legibility is great on the non-art sides and a little more difficult to read on the painted art sides but it’s so large it’s not an issue.
Comes with really nice plastic case but that’s a little bulky for a dice bag. I wish it came with a little velvet cinch bag to keep it separated from the rest of my dice in my dice bag while also reducing bulk.

In this day and age there are no shortage of dice makers around. While I'm more of a collector for most of my sets a fair number still see table play. The Tides of Fortune d20 is one of those destined for table greatness. Solid and heavy in hand it's absolutely gorgeous and my table is no doubt going to envy it. I can't wait to see what adventure it holds and even if it ends up rolling poorly in the next game lookswise alone it will be one of my favorites for a long time to come. The die shipped pretty quickly and was safely packed away in a plastic container fitted to it. The plastic did come slightly chipped but did its job of keeping the somewhat oversized die unscathed. When this comes back into stock, don't think about it if you've read this far. Just buy it as a treat to yourself!

Another oversized metal D20 that is absolutely gorgeous to look at, arriving in a quick timeline, with stellar customer service. At this point I'd trust DHD with my first born child.
