How fast does DHD respond to messages?
Our best response times are between 8am - 6pm US/Mountain time when most of us are in the shop. We sometimes respond outside those hours, but we're not big enough to manage a 24/7 support schedule.
What kinds of issues are best to use email?
Email is best for customer service issues like shipping questions, orders, returns, and special requests. If we need to send something to you or fix a problem, email is the best resource because it goes into our issue tracking system.
What about using Twitter and Facebook messages?
Our social media handles are great for general questions, ideas, customer love, high fives, reaction photos, etc.
