I want to return a purchase.  What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from dieharddice.com you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase.  

All you need to do is contact us and we will arrange a return and refund with you.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If any of your purchase arrives damaged or defective just let us know within 30 days of receipt so we can arrange to replace or refund it.  Please contact us before shipping any items back.​

What's the status of my return?

The easiest way to check on a return status will be to email us and ask.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of our receiving the returned item.  ​

Contact our Customer Service to arrange for the return.  We won't bite or blame you or be mean, we promise. 

Securely pack your item(s) and mail them back to us. 

We will pay for shipping on returns due to damaged or defective items, but you are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons.

Can I cancel my order or change it before you ship it?

Yes, but you must request cancellation prior to shipment to receive a full refund for your item.  Please email us!
