I was very pleased by the quality of the product and also pleasently surprised by the extra dices, handwritten letter and box for the dices. Also got a cute sticker! The dices are so beautiful! I really recommend!

Dice Troubles and Incredible Customer Service
I ordered D6s but was accidentally sent D20s. The D20s have a lovely weight to them, and when the light catches them right, the edges gleam in a way that makes it very clear why the style is called "Sinister" Emerald. However, the numbers on the D20 are quite hard to read, and I do not recommend the style unless your gaming environment is very well lit.
When notified of the mishap, Die Hard Dice immediately replaced the incorrect order while also accommodating a request to change the style to Mythica Platinum Emerald at no extra cost. As well, in the initial order was included a free Christmas gift and handwritten note.
I give the D20 dice 3 stars, but the Die Hard Dice customer service easily rate 5 stars.
